Father Oliver Nwachukwu Ph.D. was ordained on Feb. 14, 1982 by Pope John Paul II in Kaduna, Nigeria. He came to the United States in 1990 and served in other diocese until 2008. He earned a B.A. in Mathematics from Central Connecticut State University in 1993 and a Th.M. in New Testament Studies from Harvard Divinity School in 1995. He later earned his Ph.D. in New Testamend Studies and Early Christianity from Loyola University in Chicago in 2002. His Pastoral service includes time at various parishes in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Chicago and Joliet, IL.
He has served St. Charles Borromeo Parish since February, 2008 and is currently administrator at St. Charles and St. Michael in Radom.
